OIS Ltd were contract by WEW Engineering (Formerly ATS Ltd) to provide the Project Management for the Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation works for the Kirriemuir Waste Water Treatment Works, as well as some minor civil works.

The works entailed the review of all design documentation and the drafting of the:

• DSEAR Folder
• Functional Design Specification
• Site Enabling Tests
• Contractor Specifications
• Programs
• Co-ordination and Management of all contractors
• Chair all progress and technical meetings to all stake holders and report on the progress of the project
• Supervise Health and Safety Inspections
• Carry out all snagging and ensure all works were completed
• Draft and issue the Asset Start Up Folder
• Draft and issue the Site Readiness Documents
• Draft and issue the Emergency Manuals
• Draft and issue the Instrumentation Set Point Schedules
• Draft and issue the IO telemetry schedules
• Draft and issue the training documents
• Provide training to the operatives and maintenance operators for the operation of the WwTW
• Draft and issue the Commissioning Documents
• Provide and carry out all Commissioning
• Project Management of the MEICA works.
